RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised $4 million in Series A funding in early 2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.

Here is what you need to know about this role:
Job Title: Manager - Retail Sales (Full-time)
Location: Mumbai
Job Description :
- Lead and build the Retail Insurance category
- Build & implement effective sales strategies
- Work closely with Industry leaders, identify products and partners suitable for customers
- Collaborate with Internal team namely Product, Tech, Ops, Legal & CS
- Maintain strong relationship with the Insurers
- Identify opportunities of up-sell and cross-sell
- Present the Sales funnel and periodic updates to top management
- Stay updated on Industry trends, products to capitalise on emerging opportunities
- Assessment and Benchmarking with competitors
- Identify and implement the most effective strategies to meet the Revenue Targets

What do you need to bring :
Digital Insurance Sales experience
Knowledge of Life, Health & Motor Insurance product
Great to Have experience leading various sales channels including Telesales or Offline
