- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, IISc, BITS, ISI, etc.) preferred.
- Lead the design, training, deployment, and optimisation of machine learning and Generative AI models.
- Build and implement solutions leveraging LLMs for personalisation, recommendation systems, summarisation, or intelligent automation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where data science can create measurable business value.
- Design A/B tests and run experiments to validate hypotheses and optimise user experiences.
- Ensure models are scalable, explainable, and production-ready.
- Building and leading a high-performing team of data scientists.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Proven expertise in LLMs and Generative AI, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and integrating LLMs.
- Strong foundation in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.
- Proficient in data analysis, feature engineering, model evaluation, and production deployment.
- Excellent understanding of NLP, deep learning architectures, and ML Ops pipelines.
- Strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with short-term execution.

The Role: Leader/ Director - Data Science
As a Director of Data Science, you’ll lead the data science roadmap and create data-driven and AI-powered solutions that enhance our customer experience, business insight, and decision-making capabilities. You’ll work on advanced machine learning models, Generative AI applications, and LLM-based systems to transform how we understand and serve our users. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with business acumen and product sense.
What You’ll Own:
- End-to-End Model Development: Lead the design, training, deployment, and optimisation of machine learning and Generative AI models for business-critical applications.
