Front-End Team Leader

We are looking for a front-end hands-on Team Leader to join the SaaS team in our India site.

This role is hands-on! You’ll design, write code, move things around, optimize processes, ensure quality, etc. – and along the way, make everything and everyone around you, better.

But it’s not only hands-on. We’re not only looking for managers, we are also looking for natural leaders. In this role, you’ll be responsible to cultivate innovation, progress, agility and fun within your team members and others you work with. A can-do attitude is a must! We’re looking for someone with a big heart, not just a big brain!

What will you do?

• Lead and build a team of front-end Engineers in an agile environment.
• Build the world’s most advanced analytics platform tuned to data protection.
• Take ownership of feature delivery from design through development and testing to full scale deployment.
• Lead by being a role model of engineering excellence delivering high quality products in a consistent cadence and high quality
• Collaborate with PM, UX experts and peers to create a state-of-the-art user experience for our customers.
• Be part of the R&D management team while still being hands-on
• Shape Agile culture, processes, and development methodology.

 What experience or knowledge should you bring?

• BSc in Computer Science/ related field
• Hands-on experience in AWS  
• At least 4 years’ experience as a front-end Team Leader
• 4+ years of experience in React JS
• 7+ years of experience in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with charts libraries like D3 and Recharts
• Experience in modern state management libraries like Redux, Redux-Toolkit, ReactQuery.

    ·       Great interpersonal skills

• Experience with RDB (SQL) and big data DB 
• Experience with AWS CloudFront 
• Experience in Security
