This role manages daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet regional business requirements. Responsibilities include leading a team, implementing quality assurance, analyzing data for process improvements, overseeing inventory, monitoring expenses, and preparing performance reports. The supervisor also handles talent management, recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Must have:
  • Account for manufacturing and remanufacturing activities for multiple product lines.
  • Lead and coordinate daily activities and manage a team of non-exempt individual contributors.
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost reduction.
  • Oversee inventory control and management, including materials, components, and finished products.
  • Monitor expenses and manage capital expenditures.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and manufacturing metrics.
  • Perform talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry-specific requirements.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations)
  • Federal Security Clearance
  • Four-year Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, or any other related discipline
  • 2-4 years of job-related experience and 0-2 years of management experience

Responsibilities

  • Accounts for manufacturing and remanufacturing activities for multiple product lines, ensuring that performance meets regional business requirements.
  • Leads and coordinates daily activities and manages a team of non-exempt individual contributors.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 2-4 years of job-related experience and 0-2 years of management experience, preferably in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a related field.
