Manufacturing Quality Engineer (Aviation)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Qualification of industrial processes, routine shop floor surveillances and quality improvement projects
• Spot assessment of suppliers + warehouse
• Cost of Non Quality Management
• Change request Management
• LSP (Logistic Service Provider) focal point
• Work Authorization monitoring
• Project Management
• Operational Surveillance
• Quality Improvement (Continuous Improvement Projects) 

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 4+ years of overall experience in the aeronautical sector, with a quality and/or logistic background

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

• Familiarity with software such as; ServiceNow, MS Suite, SolidWorks
• Familiarity with methods such as; PFMEA, PPS and PCA
• Quality control, configuration management and continuous improvement background
• Experience working with supply chain logistics, procurement and supplier management

Location: On-site in Mobile, AL

Salary Range: $70K-$95K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
