Role

We’re looking for a passionate and analytical Game & Market Analyst to join our team and help us stay ahead of industry trends, understand what makes hit puzzle games tick, and support creative strategy. If you love mobile games, enjoy spotting patterns, and are equally comfortable with data and creativity, this role is for you.

You’ll report to the Pod Leads / Product Marketing Team and work closely with product, design, and creative teams.

What will you be doing?

• Play and analyze top mobile puzzle games to identify trends in mechanics, meta-features, and design patterns
• Track rising games and competitors weekly, preparing short case studies and reports with insights and visuals
• Research ad creatives using tools like Sensor Tower and Meta Ad Library to identify high-performing trends and benchmarks
• Storyboard ad concepts and collaborate with internal teams to test them, tracking CPI and other key metrics
• Share performance learnings with creative and product teams to inform future prototypes
• Propose new game ideas, mechanics, and creative frameworks inspired by market analysis
• Automate parts of the reporting process and contribute to strategic decision-making using data

What are we looking for

• Passionate about mobile games (especially puzzle genres) and curious about what makes them successful
• Analytical and observant with strong pattern recognition and data interpretation skills
• Creative thinker who can propose game and ad ideas based on market insights
• Comfortable using tools like Sensor Tower, TikTok Creative Center, Meta Ad Library, and Excel/Sheets
• Strong communicator with the ability to summarize and present insights clearly
• Self-driven, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage time and tasks independently
• Background in game design, marketing, analytics, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
