The Business Development Manager will spearhead media business development initiatives in Brazil, focusing on driving growth through strategic collaborations. Key responsibilities include leading media partnerships, managing promotions and campaigns, overseeing brand messaging, and building relationships with key providers and agencies. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance, coordinating with internal teams, and providing operational support to support growth strategies. The ideal candidate will develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to attract and retain players.

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our media business development initiatives in Brazil. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in media partnerships, marketing, and relationship management, with a focus on driving growth through strategic collaborations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance our marketing efforts, secure beneficial agreements, and align business strategies with market opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Media Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure media partnerships to drive business growth. This includes exploring new opportunities and cultivating relationships that align with our strategic and media objectives - Manage the creation and execution of compelling promotions and campaigns that enhance player engagement and loyalty - Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistent tone of voice across all marketing assets and channels - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key providers, including payment and gaming providers, KYC (Know Your Customer) solution vendors, and other stakeholders to secure advantageous terms and agreements - Agency Collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships with media agencies to execute both online and offline marketing campaigns effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives - Campaign Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Business Intelligence (BI), and Product teams to monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide recommendations for optimising ongoing and future campaigns - Internal Communication: Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Social Media teams to ensure that upcoming campaigns are well-communicated and aligned with overall business strategies - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business strategies are informed by the latest market trends and opportunities, and that these strategies are effectively executed - Operational Support: Assist the management team with day-to-day operations, including research, analysis, and planning to support growth strategies and business development efforts - Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to attract and retain sportsbook and casino players Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing and business development role. - Fluent in both English/Portuguese, with excellent communication skills. - Strong expertise in developing and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns - Proven track record of acquiring or selling media properties. - Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. - Strong creative and planning skills to deliver Marketing campaigns. - Proficiency with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for iGaming and Sports. - Innovative, creative, and customer-focused mindset. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
