We are looking for a Business Development Assistant - 6-Month Internship for the Paris office.

What you will do
As a member of our New Biz & Marketing team, you will provide support in all areas of Landor's business development (France and Switzerland) by assisting the Business Development and Marketing Director. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be immersed in the world of branding and design.
Your missions
- Achieve a deep understanding of Landor's offering and expertise.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key agency departments such as client services, creative, and strategy.
- Assistance with new business activity tracking, lead follow-up, and status updates in the internal software (Sugar CRM).
- Support in the execution of new business projects, including creative pitches:
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes.
- Help prepare presentations.
- Help coordinate internal calendars and teams to meet deadlines.
- Help prepare methodology, budget, and timeline proposals.
- Become a prospect guru, understanding their organization and business challenges - leveraging tools such as Sales Navigator.
- Stay updated on news in priority sectors to share weekly updates with the growth team.
- Perform regular benchmarking of agency competitors to understand market trends.
- Work closely with marketing and communication to link marketing activities with growth, particularly regarding commercial marketing campaigns.
- Support marketing and communication assistant with event organization (i.e., LinkedIn live or physical events) as excellent opportunities to generate new leads.
- Be attentive to detail, ensuring that all presentations, proposals, and communications are error-free and of the highest quality.
Desired Profile
- Mastery of French and an advanced level of English are essential.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Project management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with key stakeholders, the global Landor network, WPP partners, as well as external stakeholders, such as prospects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Keynote, and Miro.
- Ability to work autonomously and cross-border with key stakeholders based abroad.
- A solution-oriented vision, fueled by curiosity and an innovative spirit.
- Passion for branding and design.
- Previous internship in the field is a plus.
