The Academy Marketing Coordinator will support the Academy's marketing efforts by executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and helping to promote the Academy’s offerings. This part-time role focuses on hands-on content creation and social media management. Candidates need experience in social media management and content creation, including skills in Photoshop, Premier Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro. An understanding of audience engagement strategies is required, with experience in the creative, animation, or education industries preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to adapt and adjust content based on feedback, are essential.
Must have:

About The Role

Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 12 months fixed term contract initially
Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week, worked across 3 days (2 days in the office and 1 day at home)
Salary: Depending on experience
Location: Gas Ferry Road Studio, Bristol

Main purpose of the job: 

 The Academy Marketing Coordinator will support the Academy's marketing efforts by executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and helping to promote the Academy’s offerings. This initial part-time role will focus on hands-on content creation and social media management to grow the Academy's presence and engagement with both consumer and business-to-business (B2B) audiences.

About You

Candidates will need previous social media management and content creative experience including strong Photoshop, Premier Pro and/or Final Cut Pro skills. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for graphic design and who is confident taking and editing photos for social media.

An understanding of audience engagement strategies for both B2B and B2C markets is required. Experience of working within the creative, animation or education industry is preferred.

Excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills are essential for this role as well as the ability to adapt and adjust content and strategy based on audience feedback and performance metrics.
