Marketing Coordinator – Business Development

 

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is eager to join and strengthen our Marketing team. This team takes care of growing Beyond Sports’ brand awareness by highlighting our technology, projects, and culture internally and externally. As part of the marketing team, you will have the creative freedom to amplify our innovative products and projects internally and externally.

 

As Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely together with the Creative Director and Business Development Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and amplification opportunities.

 

You will be responsible for the seamless execution and coordination of these marketing strategies and campaigns within the marketing team. This includes managing timelines, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring that all campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively within the team.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the ideation and execution of new marketing campaigns and projects, dividing tasks within the team and coordinating ongoing projects (campaigns, award submissions, content production)

  • Keep an eye on timelines of projects, ensuring quality

  • Oversee the management and distribution of brand assets

  • Build and manage relationships with external partners and media outlets

  • Handle internal PR requests and coordinate communication with other PR departments within Sony

 

CAPABILITIES

  • Five years of experience in marketing

  • Creative and innovative thinking

  • Experience in digital marketing and B2B-marketing

  • Working independently and experience with marketing campaigns

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Being able to work in our inspiring office in Alkmaar
