- Manage various user acquisition channels (social media, incentivized networks, video platforms) by helping to create, monitor, and optimize UA campaigns.
- Support the development of strategic initiatives by conducting research and testing different hypotheses.
- Utilize internal and external reporting and analytics tools to gather data and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Participate in creative testing processes and help track and analyze competitors’ creatives.
- About 1 year of experience in user acquisition within the mobile game development industry.
- Basic knowledge of at least one ad platform (e.g., Meta Ads, Google UAC, Applovin, ASA).
- Understanding of fundamental UA goals and KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- English proficiency at B2 (upper intermediate) level or higher.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize internal and external reporting and analytics tools to gather data and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Participate in creative testing processes and help track and analyze competitors’ creatives to stay informed about trends in ad tech and mobile growth.
Requirements:
- About 1 year of experience in user acquisition within the mobile game development industry.
- Basic knowledge of at least one ad platform (e.g., Meta Ads, Google UAC, Applovin, ASA) and a willingness to learn more.
- Understanding of fundamental UA goals and KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
