X-FLOW is seeking a passionate Community Manager to foster a positive online community for its global audience, particularly for the popular mobile game Happy Color. The role involves engaging with users across social media, moderating online discussions, creating engaging content, collecting user feedback, and building relationships with creators and partners to grow a vibrant and connected user base.
Must Have:
  • Engage with users in comments and DMs across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Moderate posts and discussions in the online Facebook community.
  • Create and publish weekly posts and monthly activity plans for the community.
  • Collect and summarize weekly insights about user mood, trends, and feedback.
  • Prepare short digests and reports for Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, bloggers, and community advocates.
  • 2+ years of experience in community or social media management.
  • Excellent written English (C1 level) and communication skills.
  • Russian level C1/higher.
  • Organized mindset.

We’re looking for a passionate Community Manager to connect with our global audience, build warm and creative spaces for our users, and help us grow a truly positive online community. If you love talking to people, spotting trends, and turning small moments into meaningful connections — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Social media & engagement

  • Talk to users in comments and DMs across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Spark conversations, respond to questions, and keep our spaces kind and cozy.
  • Repost and highlight UGC, interact with fan accounts and creators who love Happy Color.

Community management

  • Moderate posts and discussions in our online Facebook community.
  • Create and publish weekly posts and monthly activity plans for the community.
  • Brainstorm ideas, achievements, and challenges to keep users engaged and inspired.

Feedback & insights

  • Collect and summarize weekly insights about user mood, trends, and feedback.
  • Prepare short digests and reports for our Support, Marketing, and Product teams. Help identify key user stories, popular topics, and emerging opportunities.

Creator & partner relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, bloggers, and community advocates.
  • Source and negotiate UGC or collab content for social media.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in community or social media management.
  • Excellent written English (С1 level) and communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine love for people.
  • Curiosity for digital culture, art, and cozy online communities.
  • Organized mindset — able to plan, analyze, and turn ideas into action.
  • Russian level - C1/higher.
