Community Manager

MY.GAMES is seeking a Community Manager to identify and engage with their core audience, including clan leaders and top players. The role involves fostering a positive community vibe, managing private Discord servers, organizing presentations and playtests, monitoring user behavior, gathering feedback, and acting as the community's voice within the product team. The manager will also plan and launch activations to boost retention and engagement for their games like War Robots and Hustle Castle.

Must Have

• Deep knowledge of Discord, including bot setup and advanced server features
• Proven experience building thriving player communities
• Proactive, self-directed, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Experience working with Core users and understanding their motivations
• Familiarity with engagement and retention systems

Good to Have

• Previous experience in the games industry, especially mobile games (strategy or CCGs)
• Hands-on experience building a loyal community around a product

##### What you’ll do:

• Identify and engage with our Core audience: clan leaders, opinion leaders, top players, and fan community reps
• Foster a friendly, constructive vibe within the Core community and respond quickly to conflicts or concerns
• Manage private Discord servers to keep Core players informed and connected
• Organize and run presentations and playtests of new content for Core players
• Monitor user behavior, gather feedback, and turn it into actionable reports
• Act as the voice of the Core community inside the product team — surfacing issues, ideas, and requests
• Plan and launch engaging activations to boost retention and community engagement

##### What you need to succeed:

• Deep knowledge of Discord — you know how to set up bots (MEE6, ProBot, etc.) and manage advanced server features
• Proven experience building friendly, thriving player communities (we may ask for examples)
• Proactive, self-directed, reliable, and detail-oriented
