MY.GAMES is a leading European developer and publisher focused on creating great games for over 1 billion registered players. The team works remotely across various international hubs, developing and supporting large-scale projects for PC, console, and mobile platforms across diverse genres. This role involves building UX flows, identifying pain points, researching references, designing UI elements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the final product aligns with the vision.
Must have:
  • Shipped at least one mobile game and experience supporting it post-release with Live Ops
  • Hands-on experience with Unity and Figma
  • Readiness to work in R&D teams
  • Ability to handle UI tasks independently and communicate regularly
  • Comfort working in small teams with evolving processes and uncertainty
  • Passion for mobile games and genuine interest in game development

##### What you’ll do:

  • Build UX flows that align both with business goals and player needs
  • Identify pain points and propose actionable improvements
  • Research and break down references, picking the best solutions within the genre
  • Design screens and UI elements, creating a cohesive interface consistent with the game’s art style
  • Hand off designs for implementation, work closely with developers, and track results to ensure the final product matches the vision
  • Write short, clear documentation for implemented features
  • Maintain UI consistency through guidelines, patterns, and templates
  • Keep a strong sense of mobile game UX trends and typical solutions across genres
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily tasks and features

##### What you need to succeed:

  • Shipped at least one mobile game and experience supporting it post-release with Live Ops (this is crucial)
  • Preferably experience with midcore projects
  • Hands-on experience with Unity and Figma
  • Readiness to work in R&D teams: adaptable to project-based work where prototypes may stop at research stage
  • Ability to handle UI tasks independently and communicate regularly without constant manager support
  • Comfort working in small teams with evolving processes and a high level of uncertainty
  • Passion for mobile games and a genuine interest in game development!
