Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and executing online and offline paid media and marketing initiatives for customer acquisition on the Betsson brand's website in Brazil. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and agencies to improve marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with CRM and organic/earned media initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing paid media channels, owning customer acquisition metrics, executing sportsbook campaign calendars, briefing design teams, and controlling the marketing budget. The role is based in Sao Paulo, and serves as a link between the Brazil team and central hubs, ensuring a 360 approach to campaigns.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Brazil.

As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for implementing and executing online and offline paid media and marketing initiatives to acquire customers to Betsson Brand’s Website. You will collaborate with internal central teams and agencies to continuously improve the overall marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with CRM and Organic/Earned Media initiatives.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Native Portuguese. Fluent in English reading and writing. Spanish is a plus.
  • A passion for digital marketing, ideally with an academic background, working for a digital or e-commerce/digital sales company.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized, detail oriented and a strong communicator.
  • Excellent time and task management skills. 
  • Experience or google certified in using Google Analytics, ability to generate reports, understand and report on digital site metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specially excel.
  • Interested in Sports. Experience in online gaming will be considered an asset but not required.

A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  •  Based in São Paulo, you will be the link between the Brazil team and the central hubs in Bogotá and Malta. You will cooperate with central teams to ensure 360 approach to campaigns.
  •  You will be responsible for all Paid Media of Betsson Brazil. Assuring aligment and optimization of paid media’s channels and agencies.
  •  Your key metric will be new customers. You will own the customer acquisition for Brazil, responsible for key digital metrics of the campaigns.
  • Responsible for Sportsbook campaign calendar. Guaranting the execution of Brazilian football calendar and the aligment between marketing campaigns + global and regional initiatives (sponsorships).
  • Execute the campaign by briefing design team and coordinating cross team members and supplier to make sure that all parties are on track with campaigns.
  • Manage and control Brazil's marketing budget, reports and payments at Posystem
