Job Description

You will be part of our award-winning Customer Service team, working towards our goal of providing the best Customer Experience. Your learning and development opportunities at Betsson are limitless! You will assist Greek and English-speaking customers via email, live chat, and phone, collaborate with your team to achieve goals like customer satisfaction and other KPIs, translate promotional texts and/or customer surveys into your native language, manage customer accounts, and adhere to company policies regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming.
Must Have:
  • Assist Greek and English-speaking customers via email, live chat, and phone
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve customer satisfaction and other KPIs
  • Translate promotional texts and/or customer surveys into your native language
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Adhere to company policies on player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer service (in-person, online, or phone)
  • Ability to organize and manage time

We want you to be strong in the following:

  • Assisting Greek and English-speaking customers via email, live chat, and phone
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve goals such as best customer satisfaction and including other KPIs
  • Translating promotional texts and/or customer surveys into your native language
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Adhering to company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming

What we are looking for

  • Communication, written and oral, in both Greek and English
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer service, whether in-person, online, or via phone calls
  • Ability to organize and manage time
