This role involves managing the overall planning, control, status reporting, and delivery of low to moderately complex projects, ensuring goals are met within agreed time, scope, budget, and resource requirements. The Project Manager serves as the primary customer contact for all pre-production, production, and post-production phases, focusing on exceptional customer experience and quality. Key responsibilities include leading client calls, internal briefs, developing pre-production documents, coordinating with internal teams, and managing project budgets.

- Mac experience preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
Must Have:- Manage overall project planning, control, and delivery from start to completion.
- Act as primary customer contact for all pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
- Lead client calls and internal client briefs, championing the brand.
- Develop all pre-production documents and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensure timely client product shipment and manage production dates.
- Maintain content program information using Tag Canada’s management software.
- Implement project schedules, coordinate resources, and meet deadlines.
- Communicate consistently with project stakeholders and executives.
- Develop strong client relationships and manage project budgets effectively.
- Utilize appropriate tools and technology for on-time delivery and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office or agency environment.
- Solid understanding of print, digital, reprographics, social media, or broadcast production.
- Experience in artwork and production process, including copywriting.
- Proficiency in project management principles, job-tracking systems, and software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage low to medium complexity projects concurrently.
- Excellent customer service, communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to handle stressful situations, deadline pressures, and problem-solving.
- Strong planning, organizing, analytical, and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
