Job Description

Belka Games, a top-grossing mobile game developer with over 110 million players, is seeking an experienced Marketing Creatives Producer for its hit game, Clockmaker. This role offers full project responsibility, focusing on creative strategy, content analysis, and market research. The producer will generate hypotheses, oversee production, analyze results, and collaborate with teams to create effective, high-budget marketing content, including implementing AI solutions.
Must have:
  • Define and shaping the creative strategy for one of our projects
  • Set priorities for creative production and participating in planning
  • Take the lead in the creative development process as a producer: generate hypotheses, select ideas, and oversee the creative production process
  • Analyze creative results and global hypotheses, translate the findings into actionable insights for the production team
  • Enhance existing tools for creatives analytics in collaboration with the Marketing Analytics team
  • Continuous monitoring, research, and analysis of the mobile advertising market
  • Manage the Creative Knowledge Base and provide insights to the team for further development
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Analyze the use of AI in marketing creative trends
  • Search for and implement AI solutions that increase creative production efficiency
  • Mentor young professionals
Good to have:
  • Intermediate English (B1) or higher is preferred
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written and ability to generate, prioritize, and analyze ideas

What we need from you:

  • Extensive experience in a similar or related position in GameDev with a portfolio showcasing successful production of creatives or games
  • Deep understanding of the mobile gaming and mobile advertising market
  • Knowledge about advertising channels, placements, and the intricacies of performance marketing
  • Proficiency in the full art, video, and playable ads production cycles
  • Experience in working with analytics
  • Intermediate English (B1) or higher is preferred
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written and ability to generate, prioritize, and analyze ideas
  • Experience working with AI
