The Marketing Engagement Specialist will play a crucial role in balancing marketing complexity with limited resources. The role involves driving marketing performance through expertise in data and technology, content services, digital marketing, customer engagement, and media growth. Key responsibilities include designing and executing digital marketing campaigns and overseeing project execution. The role requires a good understanding of campaign development, event management, market research, and the ability to collaborate across teams, analyze performance, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors. The candidate will also be required to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, create new solutions, understand strategic direction, and potentially manage small teams. The role might require rotational shifts.
Must have:
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to think creatively and develop disruptive activation ideas.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.

What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that primarily rely on digital tools and technologies. It encompasses managing tasks, resources, timelines, and communication channels to ensure successful project outcomes in the digital realm.• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms. • Knowledge of data analytics and performance metrics. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software. • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams. • Innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop disruptive activation ideas that resonate with target audiences. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.
What are we looking for? • Campaign Development: Design and implement consumer activation campaigns that align with the brand’s objectives and target market. • Event Management: Plan and execute consumer-focused events, promotions, and experiential marketing activities. • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors to inform activation strategies. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive campaign execution. • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Budget Management: Manage budgets for consumer activation initiatives, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and partners to secure necessary resources and services for campaign execution.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
