Job Description

Eleventh Hour Games is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team, drive the success of Last Epoch and future titles, and oversee day-to-day operations. This role involves executing paid media strategies, collaborating cross-departmentally to ensure effective seasonal releases and campaigns, and reaching the right audience with the right message at the right time.
Must have:
  • Lead and support the Marketing Team, including direct mentorship of individual contributors (ICs)
  • Oversee marketing task planning and progress using ClickUp
  • Manage social media and paid ad campaigns from planning through execution and post-launch reporting
  • Collaborate with the Publishing Lead on go-to-market (GTM) strategies and execute aligned marketing initiatives
  • Act as a cross-functional bridge between marketing, community, design, and other teams during seasonal product launches
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience leading marketing teams (minimum 3 years)
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong familiarity with Google services (Gmail, GCal, Google Docs)
  • Experience with Slack for team communication and collaboration
  • High organizational skills
  • Comfort with project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

What is your role?

Eleventh Hour Games is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help drive the continued success of Last Epoch and future titles. As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the marketing team, guiding day-to-day operations, executing paid media strategy, and collaborating across departments to ensure our seasonal releases and campaigns reach the right audience, at the right time, with the right message.
