Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Marketing Manager II for a leading media and entertainment company known for its innovative content and global reach.
You’ll join the Digital Marketing team to manage international creative asset distribution, agency communications, and campaign launches for entertainment content. This is a 6.5-month opportunity. The role is located in Los Angeles, CA and is hybrid (3 days in office).
Serve as the creative asset point of contact across internal teams and stakeholders.
Create ad banner campaigns and digital assets for global campaigns.
Distribute and localize digital assets to 60+ international markets.
Oversee social media campaigns and creative asset production through agencies.
Manage global media-led activations and bespoke programs (e.g., games, streaming).
Coordinate social posting calendars with US digital teams.
Plan and manage influencer activations including logistics and on-ground support.
Ensure legal compliance for agency and vendor contracts (NDAs, SOWs, etc.).
Support content launches with trailers, featurettes, and digital promotional materials.
Provide feedback on local market creative assets; QA support for games/features.
Assist with the development of campaign decks, guidelines, and wrap-up reports.
3+ years in digital marketing within media/entertainment, creative or digital agency, or a closely related field.
Experience with global campaign management and working across international markets.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Photoshop.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and campaign execution.
Excellent communication, project management, and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Foreign language skills a plus.
