Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our Data Center Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, this role supports the day-to-day use of marketing technology tools, assists in campaign execution, ensures data accuracy, and contributes to the overall efficiency of marketing activities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong organizational skills and a passion for marketing technology. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a global brand while gaining hands-on experience in marketing operations and digital marketing.
Your role in our mission
- Support daily operations across marketing technology platforms to ensure smooth performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and administrators to manage cross-platform integrations and enhancements.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance, ROI, and engagement.
- Execute email and digital campaigns, including segmentation, list management, setup, and monitoring.
- Maintain and update systems across platforms such as HubSpot and Impartner PRM, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Organize, upload, and optimize digital content and resources within partner and customer portals.
Valued skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Several years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or digital marketing support (internships accepted).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, Impartner, or similar marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with an interest in leveraging data for insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical team members.
