Job Description

As the Marketing Specialist APAC, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional, country, and account-specific marketing programs. This role requires a driven and enthusiastic marketing professional with strong strategic and problem-solving skills, adept in both traditional and digital marketing. You will promote TVH’s products across the APAC region, supporting diverse industries and geographies, and manage the marketing budget while tracking performance against goals.
Must have:
  • Develop and execute regional marketing programs.
  • Create holistic marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of marketing plans.
  • Produce event and marketing campaigns with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate engagement between marketing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams.
  • Track and measure marketing performance against goals.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget.
  • Minimum 2 years B2B marketing experience with campaign rollout.
  • Proven collaboration with sales and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and process.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Job Details

As the Marketing Specialist APAC, you will develop and execute regional, country and account specific marketing programs. This is a rewarding role for a driven and enthusiastic marketing all rounder with strong strategic and problem solving skills, encompassing both traditional and digital marketing approaches.

About the role

The Marketing Specialist APAC is a key role in promoting and marketing TVH’s products and supports a diverse range of industries and geographies across the APAC region, including Oceania, South East Asia, India and East Asia.

Your key areas of responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing regional, country, and account-specific marketing programs.
  • Creating holistic marketing plans to support the region’s key priorities and revenue targets, and generate the required pipeline for sustained growth.
  • Driving and owning the end-to-end execution of marketing plans.
  • Working closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to produce event and marketing campaigns and other relevant collateral.
  • Facilitating engagement with the sales team by acting as the conduit between marketing and sales.
  • Collaborating effectively with the regional marketing team and with Global Marketing Excellence to deliver & execute plans.
  • Tracking and measuring the performance of marketing activities against goals and proposing solutions.
  • Managing and allocating the marketing budget.

About you - Skills, experience and qualifications

This role will suit candidates who can display prior experience and knowledge in a similar role within a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing expertise, with knowledge of the ASIA region considered a valuable advantage.

  • Strong B2B marketing competencies: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record in using various channels to roll out campaigns.
  • Proven collaborative skills: Can demonstrate alignment and collaboration with sales teams, as well as effective working relationships with various internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills: Comfortable presenting projects and results to various stakeholders and able to communicate or visualise complex ideas.
  • Attention to detail: Precise with accuracy, quality of work, documentation, and process.
  • Project management: Highly organised and can juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment without losing track of timelines.
  • Degree qualifications in Marketing / Business is highly desirable.
