Job Description

Perform and complete basic material handling essential functions, focusing on understanding and meeting productivity and accuracy goals. This role involves reading pick tickets and work orders to accurately pick parts according to listed quantities. You will visually identify parts, place products in totes, and label them for their next destination. Responsibilities also include reporting insufficient quantities, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance issues to management, and completing basic dunnage functions. Success requires the ability to read, write, and speak English, being 18+, and having a High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant work experience. You must demonstrate the ability to match part numbers, enter data within systems, and possess basic proficiency in navigating the Internet and computer systems to locate information.

Associate Material Handler

Perform and complete basic material handling essential functions with a focus on understanding and meeting productivity and accuracy goals.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll deliver short and long-term projects that support the business strategy.

This will involve:

  • Reading pick tickets and work orders and picks parts according to quantities listed on pick ticket
  • Visually identifies parts in location per description and part number, places product in totes, places label on totes for next destination
  • Reports insufficient quantities in location or equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management
  • Completes basic dunnage functions

HOW TO SUCCEED

We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems.
