Job Description

The Material Planner will be responsible for managing and modifying purchase orders and Info Records in the SAP system, ensuring compliance with company policies. The candidate will assist in the purchasing process, including vendor communication, and maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities. Proficiency in SAP MM T-codes and Excel is required to analyze data and create reports. This role involves generating and managing purchase orders, modifying and updating Info Records, assisting in the purchasing process including vendor communication, maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities and utilizing SAP MM T-codes and Excel for data analysis, report creation, and inventory management.
Must have:
  • Purchase Order Creation/Modification: Manage purchase orders in SAP.
  • Info record creation/Modification: Update Info Record (IR).
  • Purchasing Process: Assist in purchasing, including vendor communication.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate purchasing records.
  • SAP MM T-codes: Utilize SAP MM T-codes.
  • Excel Proficiency: Analyze data and create reports.

Job Description

Proficiency in SAP MM T-codes and Excel is required to analyze data, create reports.

Primary Skills

  • Purchase Order Creation / Modification: Generate and manage purchase orders in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Info record creation / Modification: Modify and update Info Record (IR) as necessary to reflect accurate transaction details.
  • Purchasing Process: Assist in the overall purchasing process, including vendor communication.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and update relevant databases and spreadsheets.
  • SAP MM T-codes: Utilize SAP MM T-codes effectively to manage procurement activities and ensure data integrity.
  • Excel Proficiency: Use Excel to analyse data, create reports, and manage inventory levels.
