Job Description

As a Marketing Manager for the Dolls category in France, you will be responsible for driving market share and sustainable profitable growth. You will lead a team of 3 Brand Managers and oversee the entire Dolls category for the French market. This includes developing in-depth market expertise, understanding sales dynamics and buyer behavior to create opportunities and mitigate risks. You will also manage the franchise approach, including content placement and consumer products through cross-departmental collaboration. The role involves piloting portfolio strategies, managing A&P strategies and media plans, monitoring operational results, and taking corrective actions as needed. A key aspect is to challenge the status quo within the team and ensure team development, leadership, and engagement. This is a fixed-term contract position to cover a maternity leave.
Must have:
  • Drive market share and profitable growth in the Dolls category.
  • Lead and develop a team of Brand Managers.
  • Develop market and buyer behavior expertise.
  • Manage franchise approach and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Develop and execute A&P and media strategies.
  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
  • High competitive spirit and results-oriented.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English and good knowledge of French.

The Opportunity: 

Intégré.e à l'équipe Marketing locale France sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Marketing, vous pilotez les stratégies et les plans locaux visant à gagner des parts de marché dans la catégorie des poupées et assurez une croissance rentable durable.

Vous avez le management de 3 Brand Managers.

Ce poste est ouvert en CDD dans le cadre d'un remplacement d'un congé Maternité.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

 

  • Vous pilotez la catégorie Poupées Mattel dans son ensemble pour le marché fançais
  • vous développez une expertise approfondie du marché, de la dynamique de la vente et du comportement des acheteurs afin de créer des opportunités, d'atténuer les risques.
  • vous adoptez une approche de la franchise, y compris le placement de contenu et les produits de consommation, grâce à la collaboration entre les services.
  • Vous pilotez les stratégies du portefeuille.
  • Vous piloter le déploiement et la gestion des stratégies A&P et les plans médias
  • vous suivez les résultats opérationnels et l'efficacité des initiatives et prenez des mesures si nécessaire
  • Vous développez une réflexion pour remettre en question le statu quo au sein de l'équipe
  • Vous assurez le développement de l'équipe, le leadership et l'engagement

  • Vous savez comment faire avancer les choses dans une grande organisation matricielle internationale (expérience dans un contexte similaire).
  • Afin d'atteindre vos objectifs, vous savez fixer vos priorités, apportez de nouvelles idées, améliorez des processus et  prendre des mesures quand cela est nécessaire.
  • Vous avez une vision globale.
  • Vous avez des connaissances en digital
  • Vous savez comment inspirer et motiver votre équipe et avez la capacité de guider votre équipe de manière efficace et efficiente.

 

Pour cela, vous avez :

  • une expérience dans un environnement commercial / marketing, de préférence dans l'industrie des jouets, des produits de grande consommation ou des biens de consommation sous licence, de l'habillement ou de la beauté.
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en management d'équipe
  • Un esprit de compétition élevé.
  • vous êtes orienté.e vers les résultats avec une forte volonté de réussir.
  • une pensée stratégique et des compétences tactiques
  • vous êtes Créatif.ve et plein.e d'initiatives.
  • Proactif.ve dans la recherche d'information.
  • Capacité à travailler sur une grande variété de projets avec des délais serrés.
  • Utilisez l'information financière pour prendre des décisions éclairées.
  • Établir et entretenir la collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Forte capacité d'influence.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et de préférence bonne connaissance du français.
