This MBA Business Operations Intern role at PayPal involves collaborating across the organization to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of Consumer, Marketing, Communications, Design (CMCD) Business Operations. The intern will support teams in planning and executing operational processes, optimizing workflows, driving process improvements, and managing financial, budget, and headcount targets. The role also includes acting as a liaison, reporting on KPIs, and assisting in developing executive materials and managing operational rhythms.

  • Create, analyze, maintain, and report on performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the development of executive-ready materials and assist in managing the key operational rhythms of the business.
  • Must currently be pursuing an MBA from an accredited college or university.
  • Must be returning to school in the Fall of 2026.
  • Must reside in the U.S. during the Summer internship program.
  • Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S. for the summer.

This role will operate within defined processes, but also partner with teams to establish new processes, helping stakeholders determine appropriate actions while considering alternative solutions.

  • Determine appropriate actions while considering alternative solutions.
  • Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
  • Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
  • Create, analyze, maintain, and report on performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the development of executive-ready materials and assist in managing the key operational rhythms of the business — including business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and performance tracking cadences to ensure alignment and execution across teams.

  • This is a Summer 2026 Internship program. Spring and Fall 2026 internships are not available.
  • Must currently be pursuing an MBA from an accredited college or university.
  • Must be returning to school in the Fall of 2026.
  • Must reside in the U.S. during the Summer internship program.
  • Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S. for the summer.

The U.S. national hourly pay range for this role is $33/hr
