The Role: Data is the #1 target of attackers, and Varonis' Managed Data Detection and Response (MDDR) customers entrust our team with the security of their data. We are seeking a driven MDDR Manager to oversee MDDR operations, ensuring the team is working 24x7 to monitor, triage, investigate, and escalate incidents where data is at risk.
MDDR Managers are responsible for hiring, training, and managing MDDR Team Leads. This oversight includes developing the knowledge and skills needed to execute the MDDR mission, ensuring adherence to all operating policies and procedures, ensuring the high-quality delivery of the MDDR service, adhering to MDDR SLAs, serving as a point of technical and operational escalation for MDDR analysts and Team Leads, and working to continuously expand the capabilities of the MDDR team.
The Location: We are considering candidates who are able to work by hybrid model based out of Morrisville, NC.
