As a Measurement & Report Analyst, you will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical, assisting in managing and resolving customer inquiries, handling escalations and complaints to provide the best possible resolutions. You will be responsible for closing faults and complaints within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities include analysis and problem-solving, with daily interactions with peers. This role involves moderate instruction and impacts your own work and potentially that of others. You'll work as an individual contributor within a team. You will be working with Microsoft SQL Server and excel.
Good To Have:
Knowledge of POS Systems (Bulloch), JDE, PDI, ServiceNow, and Market Basket.
MS Excel (Macros/VBA).
Must Have:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Power Query).
