Operations Engineer

As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also engage in proactive maintenance activities to enhance system reliability and efficiency, while documenting processes and solutions to foster knowledge sharing within the team.

• Experience with network troubleshooting tools and techniques
