Job Description
The Media Executive will support the senior team and manage all media execution tasks. Key responsibilities include assisting Media Planners, contributing to communication ideas, analyzing competitive activities and market research, communicating with clients and vendors, updating monthly plans, and generating campaign performance reports to identify insights. This role involves day-to-day account management, requiring strong communication and analytical skills to ensure campaigns run effectively and efficiently.
Must have:
- Support senior team and manage media execution tasks.
- Assist Media Planners in their responsibilities.
- Analyze competitive activities and market research.
- Communicate with clients and vendors effectively.
- Update monthly plans with buying and creative teams.
- Create and generate communication ideas.

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the senior team, taking responsibility for all media execution tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Working with the Media Planners to support the Business Director on account management on a day-to-day basis.
- Being part of team in creating / generating communication ideas.
- Compiling reviews on competitive activities and market research on media consumptions.
- Communicate with different parties, including clients and vendors, during the planning process.
- Collate monthly plan updates with buying team or different creative teams on executions.
- Conduct campaign performance reports regularly and identify insights and learnings with supervisors’ guidance
