The Media Planner will be responsible for the end-to-end management of media campaigns, including media plan development, client coordination, and client relationship management. Key responsibilities include leading client kick-off calls, preparing monthly reports, and revenue management. The role involves collaborating with sales and internal teams to ensure effective campaign management and smooth, on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of WebMD media products and foster strong client relationships.

- End to end responsibility for and ownership of media campaigns, across the campaign life cycle. Including:
- Media Plan development and management
- Coordination with clients/agencies for creative assets and communicating creative QA
- Client Services/client relationship management
- Leading client Kick Off calls for new campaigns

- Work in partnership with the Sales team to understand the client objectives and needs
- Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure effective campaign management (Media Planning Ops, Sales Ops, Sales Strategists and others)
- Building and maintaining exceptional client relationships that will assist in smooth and on-time campaign launch and delivery, benefiting future business
- Develop exceptional understanding of WebMD media products
- Develop internal relationships and effectively communicate programme details to internal operations teams
- Working with pharmaceutical and other healthcare clients based across the world
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience, including experience in agency or publisher environment with media planning responsibilities
- Passion for customer service and for ensuring that our physicians and clients have the best experience possible
- Strong desire to further education in the field of digital media and to continue learning in a rapidly evolving industry
- Excellent organisation and documentation skills
- Excellent presentation and strong communication skills. Demonstrated experience of successful stakeholder management
