This position focuses on the intersection of campaign execution and reporting integrity. The specialist will leverage their understanding of trafficking across platforms like CM360 to ensure campaigns are launched cleanly, tracked accurately, and reported clearly. They will collaborate closely with US- and Mexico-based media strategists, ad ops, and analytics leads to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve campaign performance and reporting. The role involves supporting campaign setup, executing trafficking, performing data QA, and assisting with reporting templates.
Must have:
  • Understand media plan objectives and structure for campaign setup and trafficking.
  • Execute trafficking in CM360, IAS, and biddable platforms for accurate tracking.
  • Run weekly processor jobs, perform QA on incoming data, and identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in building Excel-based reporting templates and dashboards, and QA data outputs.
  • Monitor web analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics) for campaign measurement and troubleshooting.
  • Review creative specs for media partners and match platform billing with performance reports.
  • Provide overflow support for additional trafficking needs across the agency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline trafficking and data QA workflows.
  • Document best practices and create internal guides/training decks for new tools/platforms.
  • Earn certifications in various platforms and stay current with updates.

What’s this position about?

You’ll work at the intersection of campaign execution and reporting integrity. Your understanding of trafficking across platforms such as CM360, will help ensure campaigns are launched cleanly, tracked accurately, and reported clearly. You’ll work closely with our US- and Mexico-based media strategists, ad ops, and analytics leads to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve how our campaigns run and report.

What you’ll do

  • Understand the objectives and structure of media plans to support campaign setup and trafficking needs.
  • Execute trafficking in CM360, IAS, and biddable platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and clean handoff from planning.
  • Run weekly processor jobs, perform QA on incoming data, and identify discrepancies or breakdowns in the ETL flow
  • Assist in building Excel-based reporting templates and dashboards, and QA data outputs for accuracy and consistency.
  • Work with adops to monitor web analytics platforms to support campaign measurement and troubleshooting (GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Review creative specs for media partners and match platform billing with campaign performance reports.

You’ll also provide overflow support for teams across the agency with additional trafficking needs, identify opportunities to streamline trafficking and data QA workflows, and document and codify best practices and create internal guides or training decks for new tools/platforms. You’ll earn your certifications in a variety of platforms and stay current with platform updates, helping the team maintain a high level of technical competency across tools.

Requirements

Who you are

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital media trafficking in an agency or ad tech environment
  • Working knowledge of CM360, IAS, and at least one major DSP or social platform
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas) and navigating large media-driven datasets
  • Minimum B2 English language written and verbal proficiency
  • Curious about media data flows—interested in how platforms connect and how clean data enables smart decision-making
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with multiple campaigns and tasks at once
  • Proactive communicator who can surface issues early and suggest process improvements
  • Exposure to ETL pipelines, GA4, or media reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
