The Mgr-DOT Compliance leads and oversees the DOT Compliance Team, managing Federal and State DOT regulations for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts across the U.S., focusing on Commercial Driver License (CDL) requirements. Responsibilities include supervising the team maintaining driver qualification files, CDL testing, drug/alcohol testing, and DOT physical certifications; ensuring regulatory compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and other regulations; overseeing the Florida CDL Testing Program; monitoring department metrics; developing and implementing safety/compliance policies; identifying and mitigating risks; collaborating with state agencies and internal teams; providing training and mentorship; and managing the department's operational budget. The role requires expertise in DOT regulations, strong communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Good To Have:- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must Have:- 3+ years truck/bus operations experience
- CDL Class A or B License with P endorsement
- Current DOT Medical Certificate
- Florida CDL Examiner's License
- Liberty Mutual Decision Driving Program completion
