- Physical fitness to lift and transport scanning equipment, documents, and materials (e.g., by trolley), and willingness to work outside regular business hours if necessary.

- Affiliation with a permanent Iron Mountain scanning location; deployment area is across customer locations throughout Germany.
- Provision of a vehicle for transporting team and equipment.

Iron Mountain is looking for a dynamic Mobile Scanning Coordinator (Digitization Specialist) to strengthen our Service Delivery & Operations Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing document scanning projects directly at our customers' sites throughout Germany, ensuring the secure and quality-assured digitization of sensitive data.
What you will do
In this role, you will:
- Manage project logistics and execution: Be responsible for all mobile scanning project logistics, including scheduling, coordination of internal and temporary staff, and smooth on-site equipment provision.
- Ensure technical operations and quality assurance: Set up, operate, and maintain high-volume document scanners, monitor data capture, quality control, and secure transmission of scanned data.
- Lead reporting and ensure standard compliance: Maintain accurate project records and regularly provide updates to project management to document full compliance with all security and process standards.
