Job Description

The AI Production Team at Hyperconnect and Match Group is responsible for planning, developing, and managing AI-powered platforms to solve brand challenges and operate necessary services. The team fosters a data-driven environment, collaborating closely with AI and development organizations, which allows members to quickly gain experience in system operations and data analysis. This role offers exposure to global service operations through partnerships with international brands and vendors. The team values individual ownership while promoting strong teamwork, ensuring a supportive and psychologically safe work environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing moderation processes to enhance community experience, identifying moderation needs, managing external partners, and driving operational efficiency through automation.
Must have:
  • Plan and operate the overall moderation process to improve service community experience for Hyperconnect and Match Group brands.
  • Identify moderation requirements for Hyperconnect/MG brands and devise better moderation methods for an improved community experience.
  • Manage the full process of sourcing, contracting, quality control, and cost management for external partners.
  • Propose and implement ideas for process automation and tool improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Problem-solving ability to structurally analyze complex operational issues and propose actionable solutions.
  • Data interpretation skills to diagnose problems and identify improvement points based on metrics, including KPI and dashboard creation/operation.
  • English communication skills to write documents and conduct meetings with overseas companies independently.
  • Communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with data-related tools such as SQL and Looker.
  • Understanding of basic concepts of AI-based operations, including AI flywheel structure.
  • Experience in process improvement, such as task automation, to increase operational efficiency.

The AI Production Team plans, develops, and manages platforms that utilize AI technology to help solve problems for Hyperconnect and Match Group brands, and operates the necessary services.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire process of planning and operating moderation necessary to improve the service community experience for Hyperconnect and Match Group brands.
  • Identify moderation requirements within Hyperconnect / MG brands and consider better moderation methods to provide a better community experience.
  • Manage the full process of sourcing external partners, contract signing, quality control, and cost management.
  • Propose and implement ideas for process automation and tool improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Problem-solving ability to structurally analyze complex operational issues and propose actionable solutions.
  • Data interpretation ability to diagnose problems and find improvement points based on metrics, including KPI and dashboard creation and operation.

Preferred Qualifications
