Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire process of planning and operating moderation necessary to improve the service community experience for Hyperconnect and Match Group brands.
- Identify moderation requirements within Hyperconnect / MG brands and consider better moderation methods to provide a better community experience.
- Manage the full process of sourcing external partners, contract signing, quality control, and cost management.
- Propose and implement ideas for process automation and tool improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Problem-solving ability to structurally analyze complex operational issues and propose actionable solutions.
- Data interpretation ability to diagnose problems and find improvement points based on metrics, including KPI and dashboard creation and operation.
- English communication skills to write English documents and conduct meetings with overseas companies independently.
- Communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data-related tools such as SQL, Looker.
- Understanding of basic concepts of AI-based operations, such as AI flywheel structure.
- Experience in process improvement such as task automation to increase operational efficiency.
