This role involves a Technical CRM Consultant position focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementations and customer interactions. Key responsibilities include customizing and configuring D365, utilizing web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, SOAP, and REST. The role also requires experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, and Power BI. The candidate will also participate in DevOps activities and working with Agile delivery models. The job also involves integration with third-party applications and the consultant must have strong communication and analytical skills.
Must have:
  • 4-10 years experience in Technical CRM roles
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Experience with CRM/XRM versions and D365 customization
  • Proficient in web technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience in DevOps, GIT, and Jira
  • Integration experience with third-party applications
  • Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with on-premise/cloud deployments
  • Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint APIs
  • Experience with Microsoft Flow and Power BI report development
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical CRM Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end implementations, strong technical expertise, and a customer-facing approach.

Primary Skills

 

  • 4–10 years of experience in Technical CRM roles.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) with multiple full-cycle implementations.
  • Experience with CRM/XRM versions and D365 customization and configuration.
  • Proficient in web technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, SOAP, REST.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
  • PowerAppsPower AutomatePower PagesPower Virtual AgentsPower BI.
  • Experience in DevOpsGITJira.
  • Integration experience with third-party applications.
  • Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills; customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in agile delivery models and working under tight timelines.

 

Secondary Skills

  • Experience with on-premise/cloud deployments, support, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Familiarity with Office 365SharePoint APIs, and Dynamics 365 APIs.
  • Experience with Microsoft FlowPower BI report development.
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools like:
  • RESCOScribeKingswaySoftClickDimensions.
