The National Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with assigned national retail customers. Acting as the primary liaison between UFP’s manufacturing facilities and retail partners, this role drives sales growth, increases profitability, and expands market share for strategic product categories, with a primary focus on pressure-treated wood products and ProWood Distribution items. Success in this position requires exceptional communication skills, strategic business insight, retail market expertise, and a commitment to delivering value that strengthens both customer relationships and UFP’s competitive position.
