Job Summary
Job Description
The NavCo Growth Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of all TSL projects, including client work, department initiatives, growth, and conversion of incremental opportunities, specifically for their designated agency's clients. They lead their agency counterparts in content strategy and represent TSL. Key responsibilities include managing the entire agency (relationships, output, communications, and commercial performance), managing human resources (recruitment, promotions, resourcing, team structure, skills, and capabilities), developing agency growth strategies, setting the standard for creative output, driving strategic initiatives, and contributing to the overall brand management as part of the Management Team.
Must have:
- Manage agency relationships, output, and performance.
- Oversee human resources, including recruitment and team management.
- Develop and implement agency growth strategies.
- Drive creative ambition and innovation.
- Deliver strategic initiatives for the agency.

Key responsibilities:
Manages the entire agency including relationship, output, communications and commercial performance (including new business and new revenue streams / products)
Manages the human resources across the agency including recruitment, promotions, resourcing, team make up, skills and capabilities
Develops agency growth strategies
Is the standard bearer for the creative output, driving greater ambition and creativity in both planning community and clients
Responsible for delivering strategic initiatives across the agency
Contributes to overall running of the brand as part of the Management Team
