Network Operations Director, QSC NA
This is a critical role, with a high degree of trust and visibility among senior leaders across the North America and QSC Organizations. This role is the owner in North America of multiple relevant strategic workstreams: Supply Sourcing Strategy, Productivity Savings Program, Portfolio Simplification program, Supply Network capacity management and Supply performance, among others. Strategic ability and Strong stakeholder communication is essential, as are excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), along with high levels of approachability and emotional intelligence. The candidate must be values based – trust being a key enabler in delivering against the objectives of the role. They must be proactive, independent and highly performance focused. Excellent planning skills are a must. They should be able to take insights from around the business and distill them into concise feedback for the QSC VP (act as the eyes and ears of the org). They should have a high level of learning agility - need to pick things up quickly across all category and functional areas and bring both objective viewpoints and potential solutions to challenges that present themselves.
Key responsibilities:
North America Sourcing Decisions
Drive, build and arrive to a NA sourcing recommendation to be endorsed by the US LT: implement standard sourcing decision process, templates and decision-making forum.
Balance Global strategy, site capacity, service, cost and investment, and operational capabilities
Lead team: internal NA resources + global resources to benefit NA goals
North America Network Management
Owner of the Long-Term capacity process in North America
Partner with Planning to complete calculations on standardized formats, and achieve clarity of issues and actions needed
COGs End to End Savings Program
Design and implement a new COGS End to End savings program to serve as internal fund to hedge profit delivery despite of factors not foreseen
Lead engagement of all areas to deliver savings targets: Internal manufacturing, External manufacturing, Logistics and warehousing, Procurement, VE, Portfolio simplification
QSC LT team performance: Coordinate team activities
QSC key Communication & Strategy
Coordinate presentations that require cross functional team involvement: Quarterly reviews, MPR
Org Engagement and Communication strategy
E2E Performance Management
Lead KPI selection, target setting and monitoring
Determine QSC Operational model: meetings, agendas, topics, standard decks
Ensure flow of information up, aggregation / decisions & actions down driving agile results
Supply Chain visibility / Supply Digital Agenda
Drive the Automation of KPI tracking
Implement Visualization of performance
Implement reporting automation, key meetings automation to enable team productivity
Lead Closing of gaps vs large main systems (ie. Power BI vs SAP while O9 arrives)

BA in Business Administration
10 years + of experience in a similar supply chain lead role preferably at a CPG company or related regulated environment, such as OTC or Food.
Thorough understanding of and experience in Supply Chain function areas such as forecasting, inventory control or demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to assimilate large quantities of data
Strong Supply financial understanding
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and prioritize shifting workloads
Ability to incorporate into analysis and decision-making multiple streams of data: Financials, Operational capability, Supply Strategy, Business objectives
Ability to link Supply financials into operational elements so they can be influenced and improved
Excellent professional verbal, written comm.
Strong, demonstrated networking skills
