Job Description

The Network Planning Executive at Ninja Van bridges sales requirements with operational capabilities, ensuring smooth daily operations through framework and SOP monitoring. This role is crucial within a tech-enabled logistics company that leverages cutting-edge software, algorithm-based optimization, and data-driven approaches to provide efficient last-mile delivery services across Southeast Asia. The executive will contribute to disrupting the industry by maintaining operational excellence and supporting project execution.
Must have:
  • Implement new framework/SOP to related stakeholders
  • Keep track of framework/SOP updates and inform stakeholders on any changes
  • Manage, modify, and document the SOP
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders
  • Analyze and propose advice on tactics to improve performance
  • Assist Team Leader rolling out new projects
  • Keep track of key metric results of the project
  • Monitor, report the progress of project to Team Leader

To form the bridge between the needs/requirements of sales and the operational capabilities by operating and monitoring daily framework/ SOP.

Responsibilities

  • Framework/ SOP Administrator
  • Implement new framework/SOP to related stakeholders
  • Keep track of framework/SOP updates and inform stakeholders on any changes
  • Manage, modify, and document the SOP
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders
  • Analyze and propose advice on tactics to improve performance
  • Project Execution
  • Assist Team Leader rolling out new projects
  • Keep track of key metric results of the project
  • Monitor, report the progress of project to Team Leader.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience work at operation excellence/ project management in e- logistics/ e-commerce
  • Data driven decision making;
  • Local operational context: Basic understanding of local geography and operations;
  • Communications skills: Able to present and communicate findings in clear and concise manner to all stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
  • Project Management
  • Data Tools: SQL / BI, etc

Working address: Ninja Van Vietnam Office, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.

Flexible working hours: 10am - 6pm
