1. More than three years of experience in game marketing or the marketing industry. Core requirements include ACGN aesthetic ability, creativity, market content planning and production ability, and the ability to control the content quality of ACGN products;
2. Passionate about the game industry and ACGN products, familiar with ACGN and Japanese popular culture or subculture;
3. Keen market sense, loves creativity, can quickly grasp game user preferences, and has a deep understanding of the game content ecosystem;
4. Possesses good communication and coordination skills and execution ability, good at multi-threaded, cross-team communication and collaboration;
5. Bonus: Can use Japanese or Korean as a working language.
