Job Description

Level Infinite, Tencent's international game brand, seeks a NIKKE Game Version Management specialist. This role involves overseeing mobile game version management, ensuring seamless collaboration among project stakeholders. Key responsibilities include formulating version plans, tracking progress, monitoring risks, and ensuring timely project completion. The role also covers managing testing, deployment, submission, and release processes, alongside developing R&D tools and technical solutions to enhance quality and efficiency. The specialist will identify and resolve bugs, ensuring on-quality and on-time version delivery.
Must have:
  • Manage mobile game project versions and ensure team collaboration.
  • Formulate version plans, track progress, and monitor risks for on-schedule completion.
  • Oversee version testing, deployment, submission, and release processes based on R&D schedules.
  • Develop R&D tools and specialized technologies to ensure quality and improve efficiency.
  • Identify and fix bugs during version building and smoke testing for quality delivery.
Good to have:
  • Rich experience in ACGN (Anime, Comics, Games, Novels) games.
  • Native-level Korean interpretation and translation skills; English/Japanese skills are a plus.
  • PMP or other project management certifications.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for mobile game project version management, ensuring collaborative work among all stakeholders in the project team;

2. Responsible for formulating version plans, tracking progress, and monitoring risks, ensuring the project is completed on schedule;

3. Based on R&D version scheduling, output and follow up on various version process steps such as testing, deployment, submission for review, and release;

4. Responsible for the construction of R&D tools and special technical construction, ensuring stable project quality and improving R&D efficiency;

5. Responsible for version building, smoke testing, and other bug identification, promoting fixes, and ensuring on-quality and on-time delivery of versions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, in computer, communication, or related majors, with more than 2 years of game project management experience. Experience with development technical background, or large-scale game testing experience, or version PM experience is preferred;

2. Familiar with software project process management, with practical application experience and understanding of agile project management;

3. Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of building a good team atmosphere;

4. Possess strong risk awareness, capable of effectively identifying project risks and implementing risk responses;

5. Possess strong execution ability, driving the team towards goals, good at summarizing, and capable of continuously improving team efficiency;

6. Familiar with version management work during the formal operation period of games, familiar with key technologies, and able to communicate and coordinate with surrounding project departments such as operations, testing, and security to ensure version release progress and stability.

Bonus points:

1. Experience with ACGN (Anime, Comics, Games, Novels) games is preferred;

2. Korean interpretation and translation skills reaching native Korean level are preferred, in addition, English/Japanese language skills are preferred;

3. PMP or other project management certifications are preferred.
