This involves analyzing game and system health, using various tools to identify and triage problems. The role requires clear communication with on-call personnel, troubleshooting, bug fixing collaboration with development teams, and maintaining documentation. Responsibilities include deploying patches, conducting smoke testing, and preparing reports on events and issues. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical support skills, network knowledge (GNU/Linux), and excellent communication skills. Shift work, including nights and weekends, is required.
