Responsibilities

Develop and implement general admin work plans in accordance with company policies and objectives.
Responsible for the procurement of equipment and consumables.
Manage company property, fixed assets, office equipment, etc.
Oversee various maintenance/repair projects, including outsourcing, inquiries for new equipment, negotiations, contract signing, and project supervision.
Support tasks with other departments, e.g. sales, marketing.
Coordinate business activities, e.g. charity, ESG, social club.
Follow Corp.'s policy to proceed with the procurement.
Helped and assist other depts to complete procurement.
Managed the relationship with external vendors.
Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Outgoing personality and possess a sense of service
Willing to follow and cooperate with the trivial administrative procedures
Welfare committee or event management experience preferred
