Job Description

Evoplay is seeking an Office Manager for their Warsaw office. The role involves ensuring smooth daily office operations, including ordering supplies, managing shipments, and maintaining office logistics. Responsibilities also include vendor communication, financial reporting for office expenses, supporting new employee onboarding, assisting with office events, and collaborating with HR, Comms, and Finance & Legal teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant, fluent Polish, Ukrainian, and English, proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, Jira, and Slack, excellent organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail.

The expertise we’re looking for

  • Fluent Polish, Ukrainian and English language;
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant;
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google package, Jira, Slack.
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers);
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements;

Your position will include

  • Ensuring smooth daily office operations: ordering supplies, snacks, tea, coffee, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing basic office services.
  • Communicating with vendors and maintaining financial reporting related to office expenses.
  • Handling shipments, courier deliveries, and general office logistics.
  • Supporting onboarding for new employees on their first day and welcoming guests.
  • Assisting in organizing office events and small celebrations.
  • Collaborating closely with HR, Comms, and Finance & Legal teams, supporting people-related tasks.
  • Regular in-office presence is required for this role.
