The Key Account Manager will be the main point of contact for existing customers, ensuring game launches, marketing, and promotional activities. Responsibilities include problem resolution for technical, management, financial, and business issues, attending events, providing reports, and conducting iGaming market analysis.
Must have:
  • Act as the main point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers
  • Ensure games launch, marketing and promotional activities across brands
  • Problem resolution of technical/management/financial/business issues on a regular basis
  • Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions
  • Provide Account Team Lead with monthly / quarterly reports on the work results
  • Conducting a regular analysis of the iGaming market

The expertise we’re looking for

  • 2+ year of work experience as B2B Account manager in IT or/and IGaming industry;
  • Experience with Jira/CRM/Google;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Highly developed social and communication skills;
  • Ability to cope with a high-pace, complex and changing environment;
  • Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets;
  • Desire to learn and to research;
  • To work as a team member.
  • Fluent English — both spoken and written.

Your position will include
