Job Description

As an Office Manager, you will ensure that our workplace runs smoothly by providing essential administrative support and maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. You will manage office operations, including supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination. Additionally, you will organize meetings, events, and office logistics, support HR with administrative tasks like onboarding new employees, act as a point of contact for office-related inquiries, and ensure a productive work environment. You will also maintain records and support financial reporting where necessary.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of experience in office management.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools and communication platforms.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Your Role

As an Office Manager, you will ensure that our workplace runs smoothly, providing essential administrative support and maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Organize meetings, events, and office logistics.
  • Support HR with administrative tasks such as onboarding new employees.
  • Act as a point of contact for office-related inquiries and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Maintain records and support financial reporting where necessary.


Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in office management, administration, or a related field.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools and communication platforms.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Onsite position
