adjoe is seeking an experienced Onboarding & Program Manager to join their employer branding team. This role involves supporting company growth and enhancing the employee experience from the start. The manager will be the central point of contact for new hires, ensuring a seamless onboarding journey from offer acceptance through probation. They will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and leadership globally to build and execute a unified onboarding strategy, focusing on content development and structured learning experiences.

  • Own the end-to-end management of the global onboarding program.
  • Coordinate logistical and administrative tasks for new hires.
  • Partner with business and tech leads to design and develop comprehensive onboarding content.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR, IT.
  • Manage expectations and align stakeholders on onboarding plans.
  • Guide and support new employees and managers through the probation period.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in onboarding processes.
  • Standardize the onboarding program across global offices.
  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on people-oriented initiatives.
  • Proven experience in curriculum design or content development.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to manage multiple projects and priorities in a highly fast-paced, global tech environment.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into easy digestible storylines.

About The Role:

With the growth in people, products, and operations, we are looking for an experienced Onboarding & Program Manager to join our employer branding team to support our companies growth and help create an inspiring employee experience right from the start. You'll be the central point of contact, ensuring a seamless and consistent onboarding journey from the moment an offer is accepted through a new employee’s successful completion of their probation period. You will work closely with leaders from Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and leadership worldwide to build and execute a unified onboarding strategy. This is a dynamic, project-oriented position that demands strong stakeholder management, a knack for content development, and a passion for creating structured, impactful onboarding and learning experiences.

What You Will Do:

  • Own the end-to-end management of our global onboarding program, ensuring all new hires in Tech and Business receive a consistent and high-quality experience. This includes coordinating all logistical and administrative tasks, such as IT setup, system access, and scheduling all required onboarding & subsequent learning sessions.
  • Partner with business and tech leads to design and develop comprehensive onboarding content. This includes creating learning materials, quizzes, and structured learning plans for both general and role-based onboarding tracks, tailoring content for technical and business-focused employees.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR, IT to make sure each new employee has a smooth first day experience.
  • You will be responsible for managing expectations, gathering input, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the onboarding plan and its successful execution.
  • Guide and support new employees and their managers through the probation period. You'll ensure all role-based onboarding sessions are scheduled and that the learning journey is progressing, providing a structured path for new hires to achieve success in their new roles and get up to speed very quickly.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the onboarding process, from scheduling to content management. Ensure that all materials are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Work with team leads across all our global offices to standardize the onboarding program, ensuring that all new employees, regardless of location, have an effective and inspiring start.

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on people-oriented initiatives such as onboarding, training, or learning and development.
  • Proven experience in curriculum design or content development, preferably for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to manage multiple projects and priorities in a highly fast-paced, global tech environment.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into easy digestible storylines.
  • Proficiency with project management and learning management systems (LMS) is a bonus.
