Job Summary
As a Senior Agile Coach at applike group, you will guide and mentor teams in adopting Agile and Lean methodologies, fostering strong collaboration and efficient operations across various digital ventures. You will help improve inter-team communication, support leadership in organizational design, and facilitate Agile ceremonies, all while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and adapting solutions pragmatically to each challenge.
Must Have
- Train and coach teams on agile principles and best practices.
- Improve inter-team communication and collaboration.
- Support senior leadership in designing scalable organizational operating systems.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and demos.
- Help teams improve project management by setting up processes, creating helpful Kanban Boards, identifying and removing roadblocks.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to align team goals with organizational objectives.
- Flexibly adapt and implement the best suitable solution for each challenge without being dogmatic about specific Agile or Lean paradigms.
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in multiple projects and companies.
- Experience in an international, English-speaking tech environment, ideally during start-up or scale-up phases.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks, applying them in a pragmatic, non-dogmatic way.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile and Lean practices.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- People-focused with a strong sense of empathy to guide people.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.

As an experienced Senior Agile Coach at the applike group you will help our organization(s) to operate efficiently by fostering strong collaboration within and between teams. The applike group operates different ventures that are all running digital businesses and you will support the different companies to fulfill their goals. The Senior Agile Coach will be responsible for guiding and mentoring our teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile and Lean methodologies, while being non-dogmatic, flexible and adaptive to find the right suitable solution for each challenge.

What you will do:
- You will train and coach teams on agile principles and best practices, and work with them to translate these into concrete ways of working. From how they plan and prioritize to how they communicate, make decisions and deliver in their day-to-day operations.
- You will help to improve inter-team communication, collaboration and strengthen the lead’s ability to mentor and encourage team members
- You will support senior leadership in designing organizational operating systems that are scalable, flexible and outcome focussed
- You will facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and demos, if needed
- You will help teams to improve their project management e.g., by setting up processes, creating helpful Kanban Boards, identifying and removing roadblocks
- You will promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage teams to experiment with new ways of working, including adoption of new AI use cases
- You will collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to align team goals with organizational objectives
- You will flexibly adapt and implement the best suitable solution for each challenge without being dogmatic about specific Agile or Lean paradigms
Who you are:
- You have 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach in multiple projects and companies
- You have worked in an international, English speaking tech environment, ideally during start-up or scale-up phases
- You have strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks, applying them in a pragmatic, non-dogmatic way to improve collaboration in large tech teams and focus on delivering measurable impact.
- You have experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile and Lean practices
- You have excellent communication and facilitation skills
- You are people focussed and have a strong sense of empathy to guide people
- You have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements
- Scrum Master certification or related Agile certifications as well as Lean certification are a plus
